Took only hours after this website went live before Mid Cornwall Community Radio contacted us and wanted to hear more. I think what Cornwall and her communities are doing on this are awesome and a source of inspiration for all who want to help (and together with the radio email invite came another slew of emails from people who'd seen the link to the website and want to know how to help. In hours. Amazing. Goooooo Cornwall.....: you rock!
This blog begins just as the Dubs Amendment continues its shameful bounce between the House of Commons and the House of Lords. It's not the first time the two Houses have competely disagreed in the last few months. If you feel strongly, the very best and very Most Important thing you can do is write to your MP and the Council to express your views. You can find your MP here and Cornwall Council is still at County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro TR1 3AY. It's up to us if we want our views to make a difference. No one else can write a letter in your name.
